In which countries can I buy a MO piece?

You can place an order from anywhere in the world.

Can I have a bath or a shower with the piece?

It is better to take care of all MO jewels.  For this reason, the MO team recommends you not to wet your piece. But if for some reason you get into the water with the piece, do not worry about it. Our jewelry is resistant to water.

How can I make sure I made my purchase correctly?

Once the purchase is done, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive it, send us an email to info@mocomplements.com and we will check instantaneity what could happen.

Can I track my order?

Of course. You can view the current status of your order whenever you want. To do it, you only need to check the shipping confirmation email and se your tracking number. With it, you will know where your MO piece is.

What if I received my order damaged?
